Our experience with your carpet technician was fantastic. You could tell he was very passionate about his job and actually cared about the result of his work. He took pride in his job and that's rare to see nowadays. He made our experience exceptional. The carpets looked fantastic too. We will definitely use zerorez again, and will request to have the same awesome guy do it again !!! We did end up upgrading the services we were initially going to get but felt no pressure to do so. He just let us know our options.

The service is top notch. Scheduling is easy and I like the confirmation email. I also like the call 48 hours prior to service date that tells me my 3 hour window of time for service. The technicians are always very professional and take there time to do a thorough job.

The young man cleaned my carpets and 3 pieces of furniture. Everything looked very good. He even worked on an area of my carpet that had an old stain from black dye. It is much less noticeable now.

The technician was very knowledgeable and personable. The extra effort to cover the open doorway with a plastic tarp and cover the tiled floors with a drop cloth while cleaning the carpet was especially appreciated.

technicians are courteous and knowledgeable. Everything was done just as they said it would be done. customer service says they will call 2 days before appt to confirm, and that did happen. customer service says tech will call when they are on their way the day of appt, and that did happen. Pricing is confirmed before anything gets started so there is no sticker shock, no suprises.

Dan did a great job. He was very thorough with the cleaning that he did and explained how much time the cleaning would take and he was right on with his estimate. He did an excellent job cleaning up. I felt like he treated our home like it was his.

The service was wonderful. Our technician was prompt, courteous, and thorough. Carpet looked, felt, and smelled a lot better after he was finished. He even fixed a wobbly table leg which he noticed while moving the furniture prior to starting the cleaning.
