Every employee I have worked with, either over the phone or in person, was excellent. Gave me the impression they liked their job, and were extremely nice. Things were explained in detail of what would happen in the process, so you were not left in the dark. You approve of the cost before they begin, so there are no surprises when they're done.

I feel it cleans carpets better and with no residue. However, the prices still end up quite high. Even if they are reviewed with you, I feel they really are higher than they need to be. I didn't have any furniture moved and it was over $400.

This is the third time we have had Zerorez clean our carpets. We not only found them to be very courteous but they were fast and thorough. We appreciate the fact that no harsh chemicals are used so we do not need to worry about danger to children or pets.

So far the carpets look great. The real test will be if the protective product that was applied works. If it works as promised then I will be very happy, will use your services again, and will tell my friends. If it doesn't then I won't. Your prices are expensive even when using a coupon all of the extra charges really add up. I find it incredulous that you charge extra to treat stains. That should be part of the cost of cleaning the carpet, as it is with some other reputable carpet cleaners. I thought I would save some money but ended up paying more, even though I agreed to all of the charges and the invoice was very clear before services were rendered. Time will tell if the extra money was worth it.

Service rep called ahead of arrival and arrived on time. Very courteous and knowledgeable. Made recommendations for additional services when relevant, but was not pushy on any specific recommendation. Work was completed to our satisfaction.

Your best asset is your employees!! I can't believe I've already forgotten the name of the fellow you sent to our home (I'm getting old, I admit it) but he ROCKED. He cleaned our sectional sofa & chair, per my original request, but he also did our stairs & family room. I thought he'd only have enough time to give us a quote but he did the cleaning while he was here. He was considerate, thorough, and really good at his work!! The house seems so different since he was here! Thank you for hiring employees with AWESOME ethics!!!
