We called Zerorez after our dog had thrown up on our new carpet and left a mess that was not coming up. This happened on a Friday night. We contacted Zerorez and they had someone out on Monday afternoon. They were able to remove the stain and the carpet looks as good as new.

Zerorez is our go to carpet cleaner. After this experience, we are more committed than ever.

The carpet does not have to be wet. During a quick turn of an apartment having a carpet dry before the new resident moves in is a big plus.
