We do the level to cleaning to remove puppy urine smells but instead of removing them they got worse. However, our cleaner was excellent and did the best job he could have. We're just disappointed that the smells are still there.

I scheduled an appointment for the end of the day because I have a daycare and couldn't get it done with the kiddos here. I really appreciate the fact that Zerorez will clean. In the evenings and on weekends. That being said I know I had to be the last appointment of the day and that these two guys must have been getting tired however, they were pleasant,energetic,and really great at their job. Kevin and Owen are a fun team and did a wonderful job. These two deserve a raise. They are a really good representation for your company. Thanks again Zerorez.

The service was wonderful. Our technician was prompt, courteous, and thorough. Carpet looked, felt, and smelled a lot better after he was finished. He even fixed a wobbly table leg which he noticed while moving the furniture prior to starting the cleaning.
