Be sure to let him know that we commend his work as top notch! He was extremely personable, which is so nice when someone is working in your home. He was polite, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. He explained everything and answered questions. Now for the end result - wow! We had a number of carpet spots and dirty areas that needed attention, and they were absolutely gone when he finished. He cleaned our well-used 9 year old sectional sofa, and it, too, looks fresher and cleaner than it has in a long time. We're always had good experiences and great results with Zerorez, but we think this time might have been our best ever! Thank you. We remain loyal customers.
