The service was great! But I think you should have your service reps go over the carpet thoroughly. My carpet looks clean and feels clean but there is still a smell which means the process did not clean the carpet efficiently.

Thorough explanation from Landon about products used in our home. He was very friendly and respectful while he was in our home. Not to mention it smelled glorious and fresh with the all natural product line , after the cleaning. We would definitely use zeroez in the future if you promise to send Landon out!

Great Job and Friendly Staff

This was the first time I've ever had my carpets cleaned and I was very impressed with Zerorez. Their cleaning technique is very natural - there is no leftover residue. The employee that came to our house was so informative and a joy to work with.
