Carpet was, I thought, too soiled to get really clean but cleaner would be better. Except for one faintly soiled-looking spot, the carpeting looks like new. Contacts were easy and accommodating. I've never had such good results before.

Scheduling was easy. Good and consistent communication with the customer service represent and the installer. The installer also was good about explaining what he was going to do, letting us know when he was done and other special things we needed to know.

Very professional technician - Dan - blew my mind away with how clean he was able to get out carpets. There was no residue and they dried within several hours. Dan also told me about the other services offered and I had my entryway tile grout cleaned. I'm so pleased how well it turned out!

The resident in #608 was not happy. She said that he was in there for less than 10 minutes and only went over the spots one time. They are still there. 802 did not get clean but the carpet was very dirty from the resident who lived there for one + year. There were cigarette burns that I did not see in that carpet before so I am going to have to replace it anyway.
