MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS THAT i SCHEDULED THE SERVICE ABOUT 5-6 WEEKS AHEAD OF TIME AND REQUESTED THE FIRST SERVICE OF THE DAY. WHEN I RECEIVED THE CALL ABOUT WHEN THEY WOULD BE HERE, IT WAS FOR A 3 H OUR BLOCK IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY. SOME OF US WORK AND NEED NOT TO HAVE A WHOLE DAY LOST TO STAY HOME FOR THE SERVICE. THEY DID FINALLY ACCOMODATE ME AND FOR THAT I AM GRATEFUL.

They are very prompt, and do a great job on the carpets plus they are affordable. They are friendly and ask you to check the carpet before they leave to see if you are happy or would like them to go over any area.

The Tech was very courteous and explained everything that he was going to be doing. There was a spot on the basement carpet that could be a potential problem. I ended up calling them
to come back and the tech had identified the problem on the first visit so no having to explain everything. I called today and they are coming back this afternoon. We were very pleased as
to how clean the carpets turned out. Also how responsive they were in returning.
