I got my carpets cleaned, duct work, and furnace cleaned. All the techs were knowledgeable and friendly. Several were military veterans and noticed I was as well. It was great to see Zerorez hiring veterans. Thanks again for a great service

I think he surprise himself how clean he got the carpet because the carpet was very dirty. As a matter of fact, he mentioned that the carpet should be replaced. However, after he finished it looked very good. That's my encounter.

The guy that came was strait forward and worked quickly. They charged me the rate that was originally quoted, showed up when they said they would, called ahead when they said they would-- it was great! The carpets look at feel great and were almost completely dry within 12 hours. I'll be using and recommending them again.
