Friendly service, quality work

Your customer services was first class, from the moment I called, until the moment that Derek left my home. You were very responsive, even prioritizing my home to fit within the best time window for my schedule. Derek called 20 minutes prior to arrival, and he was on time! He was extremely personable and conscientious about his work. Very professional and understanding, explaining everything clearly. The phone people were also very good at explaining what to expect. The emails and follow up phone calls were very timely and effective. I have to say, you all knocked it out of the park! The best part? My carpets haven't looked this good in 10 years! We had numerous dog urine stains, teen boy soda stains, etc., and EVERYTHING looks amazing. We can't tell there were ever any stains. I would definitely use you again and refer you to others.

I can't say enough positive comments about Derek, who cleaned my off white and dirty dog carpet. He was very polite and personable and clearly explained the benefits of pre treating the carpet because of Lizzy, my sweet 4 legged companion. It was very easy to work with Zerorez from start to finish. However, I would suggest improving your phone access to your company. We either had to wait an excessive amount of time to speak with someone (on hold for a VERY long time) or leave our number. Once we realized that your company actually called back, we left our phone number for the times we had to contact your office with questions or to pay the bill.

Otherwise, we would definitely use or recommend your company to clean carpets.

Alex Hughes was very professional. He took great care while in our home....protecting the corners of our walls and our other floors. He evaluated each room and piece of furniture and clearly explained what we could expect. He put in extra effort on some "mysterious" spots on the carpet. He continually checked in with us on his progress to ensure we were satisfied with how the job was progressing. I would absolutely recommend Zerorez and Alex to friends.

Fast, Effective, Neat, No Hassle

I thought the technician did a good job overall and was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. What I didn't like was the nickel and diming of the service. To work on stains along the doorways, due to the furnace return as I was told, the price was an additional $3 per foot. I agreed to it however was charged $9 for a doorway, $12 for a double doorway and then an additional $19 for about a 3 foot wall in our dining room. That was closer to $6.33 per foot. When I questioned the $19, I was given the explanation that that area wrapped around the corner and would be more work. I agreed to all of it but still didn't "buy" the explanation. The nickel and diming cheapened my experience with Zerorez. You should consider charging one price for the room, not springing add-ons to the consumer so that they are left with a better feeling as to value.
