Estimate over the phone (a "guesstimate" from the measures of the rooms I gave to the phone person) was pretty accurate to what I paid. Also, I received an in-person estimate the day of the cleaning before the job was started. Chris, the guy who cleaned the carpet was very friendly, professional, informative, and he did a great cleaning job. The carpet dried faster after cleaning than from previous carpet cleaners I have used in the past.

Also, the person I talked to on the phone when I scheduled the cleaning appointment was very helpful and friendly, and he spent quite a bit of time figuring out from my room measurements what the cost would be (odd sized rooms). Also, he shortened the window time of when someone would arrive to clean the carpet, versus just morning or afternoon, so that I could get to work on time after the carpet was cleaned. That was a big perk for me!

I definitely will use Zerorez for future carpet cleaning.
