I let him know that my youngest was napping, and he did everything so fast and quietly no one else in the house even knew he'd been by. He was so kind and professional. The product is great too! The UV filtration system has been a huge help with my son's allergies.

ZEROREZ came out to clean the duct work and carpeting. Both were informative and thorough explaining what they were doing and answering all questions with knowledgeable information.

After a little rocky start with the staff taking the order for service, the two techs that came out to my house were friendly, efficient, and helpful. One was in training and the other a seasoned vet. The senior member of the team let me know about other services available without giving a hard sell, which I greatly appreciated.
Yes I would definitely use Zerores again and have already told two co-workers about how pleased we were with the results.

Our carpet cleaning specialist, Chris, was very knowledgeable, helpful and considerate. He shared ideas about long-term carpet care and performed the carpet cleaning efficiently and with care. Chris offered to help move items for us, offered options for cleaning our carpet and was very friendly throughout the entire process.

Dan was our service technician. He arrived right on time when he said he was going to be there, which I appreciated very much. He was very polite and knowledgeable and gave me all the options available explaining what would be the best outcome. He told me how long the process woud take and he was right on the button. The cost turned out quite a bit more than what we had hoped, though, but the carpet does look good. Maybe there is some way to lessen the cost for some of the treatments??
