The communication, letting me know my technician was 15 minutes away, exactly when they be there, walking through the process and procedure ahead of time so I knew what to expect, and finally the results! I had tried steam vac’ing my stains out 3 times. An hour and a half with zerorez and my stains were GONE! Super friendly technician too! Thank you!
Maurice cleaned my furnace and ducts and did a great job! Dominique and Michael cleaned the carpets in my entire house and did a great job particularly on getting the stained areas and high-traffic areas clean. All 3 service technicians were extremely friendly and professional, explained everything thoroughly before they performed the service, and made helpful suggestions (e.g., on getting some of the stubborn stains out). The service was great! But I think you should have your service reps go over the carpet thoroughly. My carpet looks clean and feels clean but there is still a smell which means the process did not clean the carpet efficiently.
