I had our air ducts cleaned, and it was such a positive experience from Matt B! Not only did they need cleaning, but Matt explained everything to me, and I will always recommend Zerorez for carpet cleaning and now air duct cleaning. Matt B deserves a high five and definitely a "10" score!

What do you like about our products and services?

I was very happy with the service provided by the cleaning tech assigned to clean my carpets. Caleb explained exactly how your cleaning process works. He answered all my questions and took additional time to clean areas that were extremely dirty with great results. He told me about all the services provided by ZEROREZ without being pushy.

He did a great job and is a great representative of your company. He was the best service provider that I have seen in years.

We had the best carpet cleaning we've ever had on Saturday. The technician (Dan Relyea) was amazing. He was super professional and courteous. He took great care to do an excellent job of explaining the cleaning process and what to expect, and then out performed my expectations! I've had these carpets cleaned several times before (once or twice by Zerorez) and they've never looked this good. Thank you Dan!! You did a great job!!
