Simply the best we have used.

The guy was very respectful and efficient. The only problem I think needs to be improved is that the call service is very poor. I was on hold 4 different times waiting anywhere from 20-35minutes, before I hung up. I finally went online to try to schedule, the next day someone called me back. Quality service otherwise. Hire more people to schedule or to answer the phones.

Price and convenience.

Fast service, fast drying time and the carpet looks nice. We decided to do a little extra and they were able to fit that in on the spot.

The technician was excellent; kind, thorough and on time. He did a wonderful job and the carpets look great. I will definitely use Zerorez again.

There were alot of "add ons" that I wasn't expecting. I ended up paying quite a bit more than I thought I would.

The cleaning went very quick and thorough.

The tech that came out was very nice and incredibly informative. He helped me decide the best options for my space and completed the cleaning within an hour. I loved the results and I will use zerorez again!

I liked the way scheduling kept me updated as to the time service would arrive, and I liked the professionalism of Alex. He explained the process and didn't try to up-sell uneeded services.

No chemicals!!! Professional service! We recently had our ducts/vents cleaned, we liked that photos were taken of before and after so we could see how clean they were after - like new!

The service person was friendly, efficient and respected our house with careful use of the equipment. He also was respectful of my wifes wishes for a chemical/smell free use of the precleaner, etc.

Very polite and accomodating

on time and did a great job getting rid of all the stuff left here in this house. u need to call and find out what air filter to bring to replace the old one potential more money to you. I could not believe how much fir was there! just gross. the room that was 20 degrees colder is about right.
