Oh my gosh. Where to do I start?? Very accommodating and flexible to our work schedule. Willing to compromise to get what we need. (willing to clean an area rug as a half room). Beautiful carpet with stains gone! So friendly, respectful to my home, my family and my little dog. Kept word with calling 15 min prior to arrival. The list goes on and on. Zero Res doesn't use harsh chemicals to clean and protect my carpet. That is a huge plus for me. Our basement carpet is 10 years old and has never been cleaned before. There were some spots on the carpet and stairs leading to the basement. We were pleasantly surprised when all of the spots came clean! The carpet looks awesome and we will be able to get several more years of use out of it!

Billy and Justin (or maybe Dustin) serviced my home on Jan 15th. They were so good and professional. They took time to lay down mats as to not track in snow, salt, etc. They were fast, polite, efficient and did not attempt to sell me any thing other than what I asked for. The carpets look great. This is the 2nd time I've used Zerorez and you will always be my carpet cleaners.
