Justin did a great job. He was easy to work with, accommodating, and professional. He got out stains other companies have not. I am hopeful the special method used will significantly improve dog odor.

I knew when the tech was coming, they gave a call when they were 20 min out. The duct cleaning tech checked and took pictures of our vents before he started to check the status, turns out our vents were in great shape and didn’t need cleaning! We were extremely appreciative of that service! Never have seen a company do that and will never use anyone else! Carpet cleaning went very smooth and tech was informative and efficient.

One day later, the carpet looks great. Hope we are happy a week from now! The 2 guys that came to do our cleaning were friendly and told us some about what zerorez is all about. Enjoyed there personalities and work that they did! I would recommend them again!
