Your technicians are always professional and friendly. The only thing I don't like is whatever product you use that serves as a "protectant" is very sticky. I asked for that treatment back in 2015 and it was so awful, I wrote on the invoice at the time that I should never, ever ask for it again. I mentioned this to my tech on his recent visit and he seemed surprised, so it appears you aren't aware of this problem. If you would fix that, I would request it again. Otherwise, I will remain a loyal customer as long as you keep hiring great workers.

I’d like to say our technician, J, did a great job with our carpet. He was friendly and did exactly what I asked. He worked really hard and was even able to get “slime” out of my daughter’s room. When we need to get our carpets cleaned again, I will be requesting him!

I like it that you don’t use dangerous chemicals to clean and that soap isn’t a major factor in the process, as dirt adheres to a rug where soap is used. The technician that came was great - he explained the process well, was able to clean my rugs and furniture so they feel “almost like new”.

We were extremely pleased with the excellent service that our technician Sean Olson provided us with cleaning our carpeting, sofa & chair. The citrus scent used was pleasant & everything looks so clean!! Plus, Sean is professional, neat & careful. It’s evident that he sincerely enjoys his work. We plan on requesting Sean when we have Zerorez clean our carpeting again!!
