I can't say enough about Technician Derek Howe. I had a carpet cleaning done by Derek and he was professional, friendly, shook hands and introduced himself, wore booties over his shoes to prevent debris, asked me about any concerns, explained the procedure, made suggestions and left everything spotless before he left. I have had a lot of people coming in my home as I am remodeling and Derek was by far the most professional.

I appreciate getting the reminder of appointment window two days ahead and the technician called when he's 15 minutes away. Technician was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He introduced other services provided by Zerorez and tried to upsell, but not pushy. He set up the correct expectation and walked through the final result. The whole process went well and the carpet looks and feels so much better now.

Removes even set-in stains, including blood! It is safe for our cat to be on while it is drying! And the drying time is relatively quick! And professionaly-friendly people!

Nathaniel was very friendly and worked so hard to get the carpet clean, especially the stain that I had tried to clean with my Kirby vacuum shampooing attachment. I thought it would never come out. Nathaniel got the stain out after working on it for some time. We also had him do our stairs and our dining room chairs. Our carpet is very old, but he when he finished, it looked terrific. Everything looked so much better when he was done. I will absolutely use them again in the future and have already recommended Zerorez to some of my friends.
