The technlcians that worked on my carpets were very friendly and knowledgeable. They did a great job. My carpet was in rough shape and they gave it everything they had. It turned out way better than I expected!

This s the third time we have had Zerorez clean our carpets. We are repeat customers because the technicians are on time and professional; the appointments are easy to make and the communication about timing is excellent; and the carpet is always so clean and spotless when they are finished.

Doesn't leave residue soap in the carpet. Tech for got the door stop and had to come back and get it later.

The technician who provided the carpet-cleaning service was a great communicator and did a wonderful job on my 10-year-old carpet. Very nice job! I'm waiting to get my area rugs back; these should arrive next week. The larger rug cost ran higher than I suspected. However, I understood how the price was calculated.
