The technicians were on time and polite. They explained things very well and gave me options. The handled my furniture kindly. The carpets were very clean in the end. Today the carpets are dry and smell good(no smell at all). I am chemically sensitive so this works great for me.

My only complaint: After two tries the technician did not get my credit card in correctly leaving me to have to deal with another thing.
