Our technician, Dave, was wonderful. I have allergy issues, so we scheduled a cleaning of our air ducts. Dave looked at our air ducts, and said they didn't look too bad. He then asked what prompted us to want to have our air ducts cleaned. I told him it was my allergies.
He said we could go ahead and have the air ducts cleaned, but that may not resolve the issues I was having. He suggested a product that's relatively new for Zerorez - a BreatheClean Home Air Purification System. The BreatheClean System uses UV light to kill off the allegens in the air. It's been less than a week, and I can already tell the difference. In the morning, I would wake up all congested, and this morning, I had almost no congestion. This is just 4 days after having the BreatheClean System installed.
Another company may have just gone ahead with the air duct cleaning without asking any questions or investigating the need for the service that was scheduled. I very much appreciated that Dave took the time to ask questions, assess the need for the service, and provide an alternate solution. So far, the BreatheClean System seems to be addressing my allergy issues, and I'm hoping this is a long-term solution for us. Thanks, Dave, and Zerorez!

Very happy with both the carpet cleaning and the air duct cleaning. I found my coupon following the work; hoping to get reimbursed and have a call in to discuss.
Alex was very pleasant, knowledgeable, & worked hard . Smell was very pleasant.
However the carpeting was still wet in areas the next day.
Fabulous job on high traffic areas! I have never had a stain they weren't able to remove; pet stains, dirt, tree sap, etc. Love that carpet is not left with a sticky residue, and it dries quickly. Technicians are always professional and courteous. They take their time making sure to do a thorough job. They let me know about additional available services that I may need or be interested in, but are never pushy.

Showed up on time and they were great about contacting me before appt. Service person explained everything and asked if I had questions about anything. I was cleaning my tile floor when he arrived and he had me try some of Zerorez's grout cleaner and it worked great and smelled really good. I bought a bottle of it and am excited to do some more cleaning! The grout really lightened up.
Service is the BEST ! The employees are always ready willing and able to go above and beyond. Love the ability to maybe alter the plan a little if we need to also!
