I called and talked to Tyler a week before I need Zerorez to come in to take a spot off our carpet. Our window to expect them was from 8 AM to 2 PM. I told him the earlier the better, which Tyler put in the computer. The day before our appointment, our window was narrowed to 11 AM - 2 PM. On Th. Dec. 14th, our technician called at 9:35 AM. His earlier appointment rescheduled and was wondering if he could come early. I had everything ready for Alex, so of course, yes, come early. Not only did Alex get the spot out of the carpet, but cleaned the whole room. It looked fabulous! We had the KS95 special applied to our bill and it was a great experience. I would use Zerorez again as well as recommend Zerorez to others to use.

They were very understanding when I had to reschedule three times. They called to tell me the window of time in advance and they called when they were on their way. They were very pleasant when they arrived and explained everything thoroughly and answered any of my questions. They went right to work and made sure I was happy with the results. Very knowledgable and thorough cleaning of multiple rooms and staircases in our home. The technician looked at all the carpet with a black light to make sure he knew the location of any biological stains (read: pet messes). The carpets look great and dried fast.

This is the third time we've used Zerorez. The cleaning services were excellent. I was impressed yesterday with the young man that cleaned our carpets. Even though he didn't start until 3:30pm he did not rush and do a shoddy job just to be done by 5 p.m.

The Zerorez staff members are always polite and respectful both on the phone and while working in our home.
They will tackle any problem and work on it until it is resolved.
We appreciate no chemical cleaners, etc.

Friendly, surveyed the rooms and carpet. He explained the extra charges......You do not
need to add a charge for recycling the water. That is a standard part of the operation
and it gives a shady appearance to a good operation. It is the "used car salesman"
approach. Not cool...be up front.
