We have a lovely wool rug...we also have 2 dogs who happen to love the rug. Yes, I’m sure there is dirt that doesn’t really show, but the rug smells when it’s humid out. This is the second time you have cleaned it for me and it looks brand new and smells brand new. I know I can count on your service to be excellent!

I'm trying to remember this young mans name that cleaned my carpets. I think it was Kyle. He did a fantastic job! He was very thorough and a hard worker. There were a couple spots I was not sure would come out. He worked very diligently and removed them! And, oh, he has a great personality and very friendly!
