Years ago we had another company clean our wall to wall carpet with terrible results. We then called Zerorez to come clean up the mess. Since then we have only used your services and have been EXTREMELY happy with the results. Concerning the products, I like the fact that there is no soap and/or chemicals. I don’t understand how it really works but it does!!! All of your staff are very polite and professional. In 2016 we had our basement carpet cleaned, (the rest of the house had all new carpet), and Les Coyour came out that time to do it. He was/is a very special person and so when we needed the entire house Zerorezed now we asked for him personally,and, YES , he came last Friday, on what would have been his day off, and did a super job for us. Our service person was Tim Campbell. He was so professional and did such a good job. He offered us many more opportunities but we are on a budget and when I said that he understood. He protected our furniture and wiped up any places the water went that it should not be like the hard wood floor adjoining the carpet. I would recommend him to anyone.
