Our technician Robert did a very good job of cleaning our very worn carpet, not the easiest task. It looks great, dried quickly, and no chemical smell. I appreciated the follow through on the scheduling. I was kept posted of the time frame that Zerorez would have someone to our house and Robert was on time. He was also professional, friendly, and efficient.
