Our technician Alex was exceptional! He was very thorough, he explained everything he planned on doing and why, and he went above and beyond to get a few difficult stains out of our carpet. We are very pleased with the work Alex did for us.

The work was quick and clean, without any residue. The people are really pleasant, hardworking and capable. The first time I hired Zerorez the person doing the work was a little too high pressure trying to sell more services. But Billy was just right, offered additinal services and was able to provide what I aksed for, without pressure.
