Showed up on time and they were great about contacting me before appt. Service person explained everything and asked if I had questions about anything. I was cleaning my tile floor when he arrived and he had me try some of Zerorez's grout cleaner and it worked great and smelled really good. I bought a bottle of it and am excited to do some more cleaning! The grout really lightened up.
Your technician was intelligent, friendly, diligent, pleasant, and efficient. He explained the process, the purpose of the ultraviolet light, and spent a long time carefully cleaning the animal-abused carpet. He was neat, careful not to track in any outside dirt or snow, and did a good job of keeping the cold out as well.
The end result was a carpet that looked almost new again. He gave good instructions for the drying time, and left a bottle of odor killer with us.
In short, he did a great job. If I were in business (I'm retired) I would be tempted to try to steal him away from Zerorez and put him to work in my own company. His parents and employer should be proud of him.

Our technicians were very professional and friendly. They explained all of the services that they were performing. The carpets looked like new again when they were finished. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that is thinking about carpet cleaning service. We will have them back again in the future!

I filled out the website form, including the date I hoped to have someone come out. I then received a call from a customer service representative asking me if I'd like to schedule an appointment, as though I hadn't included the date. Then another rep called and asked if I wanted an estimate. The third rep (on the third day) who called finally discussed availability on our chosen date. Fabulous job on high traffic areas! I have never had a stain they weren't able to remove; pet stains, dirt, tree sap, etc. Love that carpet is not left with a sticky residue, and it dries quickly. Technicians are always professional and courteous. They take their time making sure to do a thorough job. They let me know about additional available services that I may need or be interested in, but are never pushy.
