Both the vent cleaner and carpet cleaner showed up right on time and were friendly and polite. They explained the pricing, answered all of my questions, and came in close to or under the estimate provided over the phone when I scheduled the appointment.
Your crews have always been professional, hard working and courteous. We have
challenging carpet design that has pockets in the fabric, that in turns traps dirt
particles, which in turn are difficult to clean. Your crews always leave our carpets
looking the very best possible.
The only criticism I have is Zerorez's strong push to price-up service costs. I line up
a job, then many times crews try to sell additional services at the time of service.

Your employee, Nathaniel Haecherl, was amazing! His knowledge of carpet fibers and cleaning carpets was extensive and impressive. I was paying for this work to be done at my sister's house, and he also knew all about my sister's hand-knotted wool area rug and its care. That area rug went back with him to be cleaned. I had originally paid for the three-room $129 package and my sister asked him about also doing two more rooms. He did those two rooms and then said he could add another room too. The result was that my sister got all the carpeting cleaned in her whole house at a very reasonable cost. Then he told us about the product he used and my sister bought some for me and some for herself.
Nathaniel is a very personable young man and Wow! What a salesman! Give that young man a raise. He was able to sell us on three jobs in addition to the original job while he was there. Pretty impressive. You have a very valuable employee in Nathaniel.
The carpet cleaning job itself was impressive too. My sister had moderate soiling on her off-white carpeting in traffic areas, and Nathaniel was able to get rid of it all with your very good product. I will definitely use ZeroEZ again and recommend it to others. Thank you!
