I recommend Zerorez because of courteous phone reps and service workers, no sticky residue on the carpets and they dry within 24 hours - sometimes 12 hours, they give a 2 day notice of time frame for appointment and then give 15-30 minutes notice before they show up and the carpets look fabulous when they are done.

Nathanial did an excellent job on our bedroom carpet! He got us in on a busy afternoon, got rid of the pet stains and odor, and told us everything we need to know. Great work Zero Rez!
Quick turnaround time.
This carpet is original to the home and is 20 years old, when we moved here it was very dirty and stained. Zerorez took nearly all the stains away and the carpet looks and smells like new.
