The floors were clean and had no smell!! We have 3 large dogs and 3 kids and my carpet looks new again. There was no wet dog smell while it was drying and no crunchy feel after. They also cleaned my air ducts and we have significantly less dust in our home now. I would definitely recommend Zerorez!!

Loved our technician! He came over and did an excellent job of explaining everything and got to work immediately. We also had some construction going on in the kitchen, but that didn’t faze him, he worked around that small space to do both upstairs and downstairs carpets. Also: our tech worked with our contractors to make it convienant to them, not the other way around. We simply cannot believe the results: there was a large stain from some boiler leakage and it was gone after he was done. Our upstairs carpets look like they did 8 years ago when installed. We’ll probably have Zerorez over every year from now on, it was such a great experience, and WAY less expensive than some of the other cleaning services we looked at.

I'm a first-time customer and I was very happy with the work and the technician. I did read reviews ahead of time so I had a feel for things to look out for, one of which was the cost of deep cleaning. I chose not to do any of that as our carpets are in very good condition so I feel the price I paid was right in the ballpark of what I was expecting. I would definitely call Zerorez again.

The technician was kind, courteous, and efficient! I can't get over how beautiful our carpets are. The high traffic areas look back to "normal" and pet stains are GONE! The price was outstanding, and everything from door drapes to keep the cold out, and bringing all their equipment, including using their own water was perfect. You have a customer for life!
