I'm sooooo sorry for the delay in getting my feedback to you.

They came in and were very professional and respectful. We had a walk through of the work they would be doing. We had a review of the items being billed. Very courteous when I had multiple questions.

I have been telling co-workers and family of the great experience.

Perfect team that came to my house. I'll have them back when I need carpets cleaned again!
