My carpet looks great; the spots and 'dirty areas' that I showed the two workers were cleaned up well. Both fellows were nice and my questions were answered easily. They finished in the time they said they would and left things in 'good order'. I have no complaints.

We have a lovely wool rug...we also have 2 dogs who happen to love the rug. Yes, I’m sure there is dirt that doesn’t really show, but the rug smells when it’s humid out. This is the second time you have cleaned it for me and it looks brand new and smells brand new. I know I can count on your service to be excellent!

I'm trying to remember this young mans name that cleaned my carpets. I think it was Kyle. He did a fantastic job! He was very thorough and a hard worker. There were a couple spots I was not sure would come out. He worked very diligently and removed them! And, oh, he has a great personality and very friendly!
