MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS THAT i SCHEDULED THE SERVICE ABOUT 5-6 WEEKS AHEAD OF TIME AND REQUESTED THE FIRST SERVICE OF THE DAY. THEY DID FINALLY ACCOMODATE ME AND FOR THAT I AM GRATEFUL.

They are very prompt, and do a great job on the carpets plus they are affordable. They are friendly and ask you to check the carpet before they leave to see if you are happy or would like them to go over any area.

I have used your service twice and both times the technician has been very, very nice. The only thing that is disappointing would be the $70/per gallon add on charge to get rid of pet stains. I signed up for 3 rooms plus one additional space and figured there would be plenty of add on charges and I would be looking at $300-$400 for the cleaning in the end. However, had I chosen to get the extra gallons-for one room - it would have been almost $800 for my cleaning. I could re-carpet the room for that price. I would have paid additional for the pet stains, but that was way too high.
