The carpet cleaning technician was experienced, conscientious and professional and the carpet cleaning was a transformation for the previously dirty carpet.

PS it is sometimes difficult to connect with someone by phone for scheduling so I call both the 651 and 800 numbers to try to expedite. That part could be improved.

My carpets look beautiful! I requested a call 30 minutes in advance because my husband was in the hospital and the guys complied. They got the spots out of the carpet and finished up quickly. They were polite, helpful and professional.

Based on a recommendation of a satisfied customer, I chose Zero Rez to clean carpeting in a large room in my church that had a recent flooding problem.

I got an immediate response when I called, I was quoted a price that was in the range I had been quoted by other service providers. They scheduled me for a day and time when I was available.

The service tech called ahead to let me know time of arrival. He came as scheduled and explained the process to me and our custodian.

We were able to use the the space later in the day for a youth activity.

Technicians Mike and Eric were fabulous! They were on time and did a great job. They were professional in their appearance and demeanor. They were friendly, polite and thorough. They did a walk through and consulted me regarding what needed to be done in each room; checked in with me mid-way through the cleaning process and asked me to inspect the job when finished. When I asked them to go over a couple of high traffic areas, they did so cheerfully. Mike and Eric gave thorough after care information, and left carpet protectors to place under the furniture if I had to move it back before the recommended drying time.

The process was quick and effective. My carpets look great!

I have always had very good and hard working technicians come and clean my carpet and furniture. They always assure I am satisfied with their job before they leave. I have used Zerorez 5 times to clean my carpet and furniture. I used Coit once and they did a awful job since then I have used Zerorez.
