Nick and Nathaniel were professional and knowledgeable about the products. Explained the process to us. Looked for pet stains. ( previous owners had pets). I'd definitely use ZEROREZ again. Very happy with the results.

They got the carpets really clean! and with no odor or chemical residue, which is really important because we have family members with allergies. We were very pleased, would definitely recommend.

I was told a general time he would come and he came within that time and even called 15 min before he arrived. He explained everything he was going to do including demonstrated, was very curious and left no mess behind.

I got my carpets cleaned, duct work, and furnace cleaned. All the techs were knowledgeable and friendly. Several were military veterans and noticed I was as well. It was great to see Zerorez hiring veterans. Thanks again for a great service

The tech did a great job!!!

I think he surprise himself how clean he got the carpet because the carpet was very dirty. As a matter of fact, he mentioned that the carpet should be replaced. However, after he finished it looked very good. That's my encounter.
