I had a problem with the vent patch falling off and the guys came right back to fix it. I have no way of judging how effectively they cleaned the vents, but it hadn't been done in 10 years and the guys said it needed it. So I assume it added value to our in
house air quality. I do know the workers were courteous, friendly, on time and worked efficiently.

They guy who showed up was beyond nice and very thorough when explaining the process. My carpets had deep ugly stains that all came out and it wasn't crunchy to walk on later like it has been with other carpet cleaners in the past.

The grout cleaning is my most favorite. I made terrible 1.5 inch WHITE grout in my bathroom. Yuk. Whoever thought that was a good idea just be fired. Zerorez gets it clean every time.
