My two service techs were Dominic and Dustin. They were wonderful!! They were so polite as they explained the process and then we decided what my carpet needed. My 17 year old carpet looks beautiful now. Drew helped set up the appointment and gave me great information about the upcoming cleaning. Very pleased !!!
