Our carpet tech was awesome! He explained everything that he was going to do. We had the steps and family room cleaned in the basement. When he had finished the cleaning, he asked to me inspect it to confirm I was happy with his job. The steps leading to the basement showed a lot of dirt before he started cleaning them. When he was done, I just wasn't happy with the steps as they still showed some darkness. He suggested that he should go over them again, this time with a lime solution, and they turned out beautifully. He was impressed as well to see how nice the steps looked. He also took out some stains and used a high powered fan to dry the carpet.

Jack was very good and professional. However, he wasn't going to charge us for the sunroom (FR), because it wasn't bad, but it was in the charge of the 3 rooms and we were charged extra for the other bedroom of $55.00.

I really like the Zerorez process for cleaning the carpets, environmentally friendly and the house smelled so much better afterwards. No chemical smell. And Caleb the technician was the best ever!! He explained everything thoroughly and is very knowledgeable. I will request him for sure the next time we use your services and recommend him and your service to others!

I liked the little things, like corner guards on the furniture to protect it from any contact with the hose; the entry rug they bring to protect your entry; the booties the tech wears. All very thoughtful. Also, the technician was very polite and informative.
