Zero Rez seems to get a lot of difficult stains out—there were a couple on the family room carpet that are not completely gone. The sofa and 3 chairs they cleaned look fabulous! I bought the small bottles of cleaner and, hopefully, one to take the odor from pet accidents away!

The technician did a great job of inspecting our carpets and explaining what he thought would be the best cleaning options. It did not seem like he was trying to up-sell. Our carpets (2 kids and a dog) are clean, refreshed, and no odors. Very pleased and would recommend!
