I believe the business associates that was sent to my house was Alex. He was very knowledgeable about all the products. He had a great attitude and made this process so easy for me. great professional job and attitude

I really appreciated being able to just drop off our area rugs at their location (and get a discount ). The rugs came back good as new, no odors from chemicals. Going to have them come and clean our carpets next.
