It was easy to set up an appointment and the information we received prior to the cleaning was very useful. We were advised in advance of the time window so we were able to work around that, and the person doing the cleaning called to give us a heads up as to when he would arrive. He looked at our carpet and made recommendations as to what he thought we needed which we appreciated. The job was done timely and the extra effort he did putting some of our large furniture up on blocks went beyond our expectations. The overall price was what we expected.

So friendly...honest about what you can and can't do. Workers genuinely seem to enjoy and take pride in what they do. My 25 year old carpet looks pretty darn good after your cleaning!

Zerorez was very prompt to schedule my services and provide a thorough explanation of the services provided. When Zerorez showed up (on-time, even a little early which was great) they were quick to start work and walk us through any questions about the process we may have had. The best thing is that they document and show you before and after cleanliness of the air ducts. Something you don't always see from other companies. I will use Zerorez again and recommend their services to everyone. Very happy about the quality and professionalism.

Both gentlemen, Steve and I've forgotten the other, were very personable and did a fantastic job. My carpet looked so good and refreshed.
I told them I wanted the living room done but did not expect numerous stains to come out and did not care as hopefully in the next several months we would get new carpet. I really was amazed at how good it looked. Really I was truly amazed and was so thankful for their hard work at our house!!!
Highly recommend Zerorez, it is more expensive but I also had a huge area cleaned!! To me it was worth it!
