The actual service was great, the only complaint I have is that the service time was between 11am-2pm. I made sure I was home during that time. The service actually didn't start till 5pm. I wish I had gotten a phone call letting me know that there was no way he was going to make it to my house by 2pm. I had errands to run that day and could've finished most of them before 5pm.

Representative cleaning our carpet was very friendly and worked diligently cleaning and moving furniture.

Derek H. and Robert H. were fantastic. I will absolutely use Zerorez again & request them to do the cleaning. They explained the proposed charges, which were fairly computed, they worked hard at getting out the stains in the carpets, and the work was done in an efficient, but thorough manner.

I am confident carpet is clean and it was dry in less than 8 hours. No smell of chemicals. Serviceman seemed proud of his work and the product.

Method-Personnel

Clean feel of your carpet, but I don't when your a new customer, you get the voters smell automatically. Now when you have them back you have to pay extra for it.

Fast, friendly and knowledgeable without trying to sell me services I didn’t need. Did a thorough job and ensured my approval before finishing the job. Will be using Zerorez again!

David was friendly and informative. He asked questions to determine my priorities during his cleaning. I appreciate the great results. The only feedback I would give for improvement would be phone scheduling wait time on hold was extremely long; I was on hold for an entire lunch work break without ever talking to anyone. The next day my hold time was approximately 10 minutes prior to being able to talk to someone to schedule.

Fast, efficient, effective services with phenomenal customer service. Responses were fast and clear, questions were always answered, and they we able to allow flexible scheduling to get in earlier if other projects before your time frame finished earlier.
