The 2 service techs were very personable. They called @ hour early and asked if they could come in about 20 minutes because they had a cancelation. Worked well for us.They came in and told us their names. They covered the kitchen floor with a large rug. They checked the areas first and asked for a tour and if we have any concerns. We told them the traffic pattern areas. Areas we wanted especially worked on to get as clean as possible. Then they told us exactly how much their work was gonna cost for the entire area. Then they started cleaning and moved some furniture we didn't expect so that was very good to get a thorough cleaning. They had a tarp cover at the entrance door to help keep the cold weather out of the house. They worked swiftly and efficiently. It took them a shorter time to finish than we expected. I asked them if they would try again one small area where the kitchen floor and livingroom carpet met as it was very dirty and they did get more dirt out so it looked lots better and I was happy.
We were very satisfied with their job especially because are carpet is older and has some wear areas...but now they were real clean looking due to the good job that was done! We highly recommend Zerorez. Thanks!

Excellent service. Clean and neat

I had a serious problem. Not just a odor coming from my carpeting, but cat pee odor. I know a lot of people have this same problem. It could be a cat or dog and you just don't know what to do. Call Zerorez and get a specialist out to clean your carpeting. It is the question new carpeting vs getting your carpeting zerorezified. Our carpeting was pretty new and Neil came in and spent a while explaining how to handle our situation the best way possible (when I scheduled, they also explained as well what the options may be). Is it more expensive then the normal 3 room special for $159.00 - a lot more, but affordable, but do I smell any odor from the carpeting from my cats.(NOPE)! Neil, he left with a smile on both my husband and my face and we are so happy we went this route.
