I know I will recommend Zerorez, because I already have. I was impressed from start to finish. First the website and the email confirmations, along with the pre-calls were perfect. They were very clear so that I knew what to expect and be prepared. Also, I didn't have to worry are they coming and when. Top notch.

The technician, Erik, was also top notch!!! I can't say enough about how exceptional he was. He explained the service and the products very well. It was also very clear and he believed in the product and services. He was a very professional advocate for his work. Just as important he was a great listener!!!! I have a big house and he had a lot of rooms to do, each with some twists I needed, etc. He made great recommendations when I had questions and he remembered every 'twist' I asked for!!! Erik also explained very well what I could expect after he left (and he was 100% correct regarding some spots that had gone down to the padding.

The product itself is also very good and you can just tell your house is more safe after this service. We have allergies and I think I can actually feel a difference already.

I will definitely add this service as part of my ongoing home maintenance. While I'm confident my rugs will look good in 18 months, this service gives me more than appearance.

Lastly, loved Erik ... he was exceptional.

Staff always nice and well trained

I think that generally you do a very good job of cleaning. Sometimes it seems like there is always this special that is run and then by the time the service tech gets done selling everything else that you should do it runs up the bill by at least double -- but I get it -- we are in business also. This time our tech Ryan I thought was very nice, and efficient. I would definitely keep him as a tech!

The tile cleaning was amazing. It was my first time using the service for tile cleaning and I was very happy with it.

The person who came and cleaned our carpets did a fantastic job. When he got to our house we went over what I wanted done and he did it. The cost I was quoted was the cost of the job. No hidden costs for me. He got your carpets super clean and was very polite. We would use them again.

Nate was great and very helpful. Love no pressure sales! They listened to what I needed and wanted and let me decide without stress! Will definitely use Zerorez again. I now see what all the hype is about.
