Everyone I dealt with at Zerorez was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. The final result was great--better than my previous experiences with other carpet-cleaning companies.
(I do think the drying-time expectations should be clarified. I was told 36 hours was the max, and parts of my carpet were still damp after 48 hours, even with electric fans in the room. I was just lucky everything was dry by the time I hosted my event.)

The service was beyond excellent! Lee Austin spent several hours dealing with the extensive pet stains and odors. I have stage 4 cancer and also a hip issue that requires me to do exercises on the floor--I couldn't do them because of the odors-nausea and vomiting ensued. Now I can!

Our bathroom has never looked cleaner! It looks like we just put in brand new tile. My only regret is that I didn't have you do two other tile rooms while you were here.
