Scheduling is easy. The fellow thoroughly explained the procedure as we walked through the area and answered my questions and concerns. The cleaning was quiet and no mess involved. The carpet dried quickly.

I do have a negative comment. Jeremy, the cleaner, asked for a restroom and I thoutht he must need to use it for himself and I showed him to the bathroom. After he left I found quite a lot
of water on the floor and the end of the bathroom rug wet as well. I'm assuming that he needed more water & used the shower head to get water. That I can understand but I think he should have told me about the water on the floor. I only found it sometime later and would have mopped it up right away if I had know about it.

Jeremy was considerate and respectful of my furniture. He treated the dirty spots that I told him about with good results and I was pleased with the results of the cleaning job.
