This was my first experience with this company. The worker that came out to my house let me know every step of the carpet cleaning process. He was honest with me about which stains he thought he could get out and which he thought he could not get out. I appreciated his honesty and professionalism. I trusted his judgement. I will have Zerorez come out to do a cleaning of my carpet again.

the previous owner of my townhouse had a cat. As I moved in in Dec. the air was dry and heated. When it became warmer and more humid and odor began to come up from the carpet. I used Stanley Steemer first, quite simply because they were cheaper. Although the smell abated somewhat it was still very noticeable. After a second treatment by SS the smell remained. I had a treatment by Zerorez and could not be happier. While I notice a wiff of order others do not. Very nicely done Regards-Name removed

Landry took the time to ask detailed questions about the life of the carpet, type of stains and most importantly, our intentions for the home. He noticed our house was being prepared for resale and recommended upgraded services to give the best presentation for home showings without overselling his services. The technician I had was exceptional with knowledge and service. He assessed the staining situation, gave options, and didn’t pursue further cleaning until we both thought it was worth the time and money to do so. I love that they have special fans to aid with the carpet drying, and I also have peace of mind with their Gotto Love it Guarantee where they will return and re-treat areas that are unsatisfactory. A lot of times browning or stains reoccur after a couple days have passed from a cleaning which has been a very frustrating experience in the past. I definitely recommend Zerorez and would use them again.

I was very impressed with agent that came out to clean our carpets-I think his name was Shawn-sorry my memory is not as good with names. He was very polite, thoroughly explained what he was going to do & explained all extra services that he could do to improve carpeting. However, I am planning on replacing our carpet hopefully in fall so I didn’t want any extras. He is an exceptional employee who did not push adding extra charges so he went through cleaning & I was very impressed how clean the carpeting came out since it is very old carpeting! A very good employee !!!!
