Great, friendly service technician for both the carpet cleaning and transporting my area rug to be cleaned! He was knowledgable, kind, and courteous.

I have used Zerorez several times and they have always come in the time window they give. The techs are always friendly. They give suggestions for add ons but they don't push.

GOOD RUG CLEANING

Chemical free is first and foremost a priority for me, but the techs were super helpful and explained everything well. I felt like they were willing to spend as much time as I needed, regardless of the rest of their schedule. I was very appreciative of the work they did and feel my home is MUCH cleaner!
