Tech was polite. Took care to not damage home. Parked in street, laid a mat down to protect flooring between home entrance and carpeted area being shampooed. Got some minor stains out of carpet. Tried to lighten up a traffic pattern but informed me the carpet is clean but the 'traffic' pattern is a result of the way the fibers in the carpet are wearing. He did a very good job of spot cleaning a sofa and chair. Would use zeroez again.
