How honestly and fully different services were explained and what to expect and not expect. We all know miracles can't be performed on some areas but I've found over the years and using different companies before finding this one, ZeroRez comes the closest!
The technician listened to my rug/room needs and followed the request for which order the rooms were to be done. Then went the extra mile to but a fan down on the first area so it was basically dry when all the rooms were complete and just about ready to move furniture back.

After the initial service, I provided a below average response to the survey. In a day or two I received a call indicating what could they do to correct. A new service call was scheduled, the technician that attended, Scott Hurley, did an awesome job with the re-work. On the first call, my basement carpet remain wet for nearly two days, Scott's was very thorough picking up and was my carpet was dry within hours.
