He arrived when he said he would and he explained everything before and as he was doing it. Very nice job. Steps were very dirty and they look so nice now - steps coming up are dry today, but the steps going downstairs are still damp this morning. (Had a fan blowing on them)

All of the carpet looked really good when he left, but we do have one area (pop spill area) that has a slight discoloration now. Will see if it disappears after we can vacuum the carpet.

The customer service was phenomenal! My appointment time was 1-4 but we didnt have power until after 2 but they were still able to fit me in. The guys were honest, friendly, respectful and very quick. Super happy with the results too!

Friendly, thorough, prompt

I have used zerorez 3 times now. I used another company once and was not nearly as satisfied as I was with zerorez. They do a great job getting my carpets cleaned with 3 kids, 1 dog and 3 cats and their technicians are always friendly and know how to do a great job. I will always recommend zerorez to my friends and family.

I like that it is safe, not full of chemicals. I also love how well it works! We have had Zerorez out before and it was ok, not amazing at getting stains out. I had assumed they were stuck for good. But we had a tech out (Alex) who worked really hard in our bad areas and got our carpets spotless. I was so amazed at how good they looked and would absolutely recommend them to others now.

Honesty

We have used Zero-Rez several times in the past and have always been satisfied. Your
employee (Eric) was very polite and a very hard worker. The time required to do the job was
a little longer then expected but We believe that was do to an air hose breaking. It may be worth considering give the representative and extra one so they do not have to wait for delivery
of a replacement. It actually tied up the majority of our day.

The service technician I had last time is the best. He can get any stain out, is honest about what he can do, works hard and is the best.

My carpets look great! I had a great experience from when I called for an estimate and set up to the cleaning to when the job was done. The person who spoke to me on the phone was fantastic and very patient for my million questions. They also did a great job on what to expect since this was the first time I have had my carpets cleaned. I was called a few days before with my timeframe window and thhe day of the cleaning the technician called prior to leaving the shop to make sure that the time still worked for me. Once at my home the technician did a get job of explaining everything and what I was to expect with the process. You did my entire house, sectional and two chairs. The one chair is over 10yrs old and looks brand new! You got the spot out that is had on it. I also found out that you all do floors as well, this is something to do on my house list since I am not a huge fan of carpet. I will definitely be telling everyone I know about my experience especially my neighbors at our annual bbq today.
