I like that the staff are professional and timely. The last gentleman we had over for the carpets was in and out in under two hours. The carpet looked fantastic for the most part. There was a strip in front of the couch that got missed and a 3” strip behind one of our floor vents (between our sliding glass door and floor vent) that also got missed. We have white carpet and we have to shampoo them once to twice a year. Unfortunately we have obvious gray stripes in areas it should be white.
Our stairs were a disaster and they came clean well as did the rest of our main living areas. I love zero Rez, but I may request to not have the same gentleman again as our previous cleaners left the place immaculate. We also moved all the small furniture into the kitchen for him (except for our dining room table that wouldn’t fit) but he failed to leave us any foot protectors for our metal and wood tables we moved (protectors were under the dining table we had to leave) So we couldn’t get to the kitchen to cook meals until the carpet dried. If I have to leave the furniture in place so they remember the protectors I guess I will have to do that. Tried to make the job easier and I screwed myself in the end in doing so.
