I like that it is safe for my pets. The staff was outstanding - very professional, courteous, and sincerely wanting our carpet cleaning to exceed our expectations. The technicians took the time to find out any areas of concern and they addressed this with their cleaning. I had some tile cleaned and it looked really fantastic (super clean grout). When I called to set up the order, I got the "3 room special for $139" and I was kind of expecting that there was some "changes/additional items" I might need. But was modestly surprised at all the additional items/up charges that can occur during the "on-site sales process".
I understand I could've said "no" to some/many of the up-charge options, but I guess my point is to better prepare the customer during the appointment set-up time that the "$139" isn't going to be the final amount......and maybe "$250" isn't going to be the final amount......could be "$400 (like mine was).

Bill did a great job. The carpets although old cleaned well. He provided great advice on how to keep them looking as good as possible. We also did shower cleaning and sealing. This was also done very well. We will only use Zerorez in the future.

The rugs are clean with out smelly perfumes and they dry fast because they are not too soggy!
James Hill, the guy who came to do the cleaning, was very friendly and polite. He looked at the areas to be cleaned and got to the business of cleaning. When he left, it smelled clean and not like any chemicals. He got the dirt out of the high traffic area and did a nice job of clean up afterwards. James was a good representative, for your company!

Awesome service and was able to get dirty areas up that I did not think would come up! Your Tech was awesome , asking what areas of need and worked very hard on a very hot day! For the size of our home I thought the the price was good! Would definitely recommend you to our company and friends!
Alec the install person ( I think I am spelling this correct - or it is Aleck/Alex) He was very professional, knew his products and application and I think he is very good in this role. Very proactive in educating me about use of your services and also knowledge of what is needed.
