Kevin was very kind and explained the different levels of service and pricing. He arrived earlier than expected which was great! He was very courteous and professional and did a great job. He was very understanding about our issue and went that extra mile to ensure the job was done right. Even though our carpets are quite old they cleaned up well and look great. I had my carpets and tile flooring cleaned and two rooms deodorized. I also had a few dog pee stains that wouldn’t come out but Lee was able to get out all the stains and my carpet looks great!
