Prompt, personable and courteous service from our technician, Alex. He discussed the job with us and answered our questions. He went over everything quickly but thoroughly and really worked hard on some stubborn stains in our carpet. When he was finished our rooms were neat and fresh and 24 hours later are dry completely. As advertised! Great communication and great cleaning service from Alex, I certainly won’t hesitate to use Zerorez again!
