Friendly, courteous staff; fast work and very conscious of not impacting our house cosmetics by using corner protectors on doorways to make sure the hose did not rub on them. Did a great job and our carpet has subtle patterns now that we could not even see before! Highly recommend!

Your technicians are hardworking and courteous. They always say how long the job will take. However, I believe that you are extending the last service call too late, like 6:00 p,m. - too late! This interrupts people's dinner hour and the technician is not finishing the job until after 7:00 p.m.
I was not there as it was for my mother's condo. She absolutely loved it!

The service person was very professional and polite and answered any questions i had and gave special attention to any bad areas i thought i had. Their was an animal odor when i first moved in this home and supposingly the carpet was cleaned, after zerorez left i no longer have any odors as i could usually smell it when i first entered the home after being gone for a short while. I would definitely use them again. Thanks
