Zerorez staff are very good they listen to you and they take care of your home. I always have a good experience with them every May we get fully cleaned! I also like how quickly things dry and how it smells fresh not perfumey.

Ease of setting up appointment.
Very pleasant, helpful person making my appointment.
I, however, didn't receive a call 24-48 hours prior to my appointment time with the 3 hour window of arrival time. I did call in to find that out.

I was so impressed with the young man who cleaned my carpets!!!!! He was friendly, courteous, articulate and was extremely knowledgeable about the product. It was a joy to have a conversation with him and my carpets look great despite the fact not all the pet stains came out. It still looks good. This is the second time I have used Zerorez and both technicians were so knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend you!!

The carpets turned out great and the technician was awesome and worked really hard to get things going !

I was very pleased with the gentleman who cleaned our carpets. He took the time to answer ALL of my questions about how your pet stain removal system works and was very patient with me. I liked the fact that the products they used were safe for my dog and cat to walk on as they were soaking into my carpet for 15-30 min. Our carpets turned out better than we had expected them to!
