PROs: - Even though I rang the bell, I got personal reception and attention from someone near the customer service entrance, and she when to find someone to help me. She acted promptly both when I arrived to drop-off and to pickup my rug.
- I had very considerate and helpful intake with my 8'x2' area rug. Both in take and pickup contacts were friendly, fast and efficient.
- Service was quick, less than 10 days turnaround which included a 3-day holiday weekend. - Great area rug cleaning service, my rug looks clean & new..
- Nice guy on telephone duty.
CONs: - Disappointing to discover Zerorez has a minimum service dollar amount.
- Email I received described an in-home area rug cleaning to be performed (instead of rug drop-off) and that in-home was to take place 12 days after the date that I was promised I could pickup my 8'x2' area rug.
- I found telephone contact a bit awkward. First, 6 mins., on hold then having the option to leave a callback number...that was helpful. Your agent's call took 8 mins to complete: Explaining the goofy email (took seconds). But, going physically to the plant for order status & back to phone is goofier. Maybe it was just-one-of-those-days but your phone agent's time usage and your email notification could be improved.
We loved having ZeroRez out to the house. Cleaning was excellent. The associate was friendly and trustworthy.
The scheduling process was simple, the technician was prompt, professional and efficient. Our carpets are amazingly clean and feel like new.

You come out to western Carver County and do very good work. No chemicals left in the carpet.
