The technician was so nice. He was very honest and up front with what we needed and what we didn’t. Our carpet looked so nice and smelled so fresh when he was done. It didn’t take him long either.

Your company wants the customer to be satisfied. You sent a wonderful, polite young lady to remove a few spots that were left the first time; and she did it beautifully.

No chemical's

for me they were promptand cordial. worked deligently. i like the way all corners have a guard. the carpets were dry the next day upstairs. downstairs took a bit longer. the service tech was very nice and worked hard. overall I am pleased. i will watch a couple stained areas to make sure they dont reappear.

Carpet looked way better than I thought it would. Especially the carpet that is 12 years old. Looks brand new.
