I absolutely love the customer service that I experience every time I have used Zerorez! I honestly recommend Zerorez based on JUST that! But I also have to say that I love whatever the product is that Zerorez uses on my carpets. It leaves the house smelling fresh and doesn't have a harsh chemical smell.

By the way, I have to give a HUGE thank you to Zerorez! We are selling our home, and as we got closer to the date of our open house, I realized that our basement carpet was dirtier than I had noticed before. With just three days notice, Zerorez came out and honestly made the carpet look brand new. The carpets were dried in time for the open house the next day! I liked that your process for cleaning the carpet does not use soap. We were very pleased with the feeling of the carpet after it dried. Our technician Garrett was very personable, answered our questions and gave clear instructions regarding what we needed to do after the carpet was cleaned. It was a good experience for our first time with Zerorez!

We recently bought a house in Columbia Heights to have our son rent from us, so being we live in So. Minnesota, it was hard for us to be at the house for the scheduled cleanings, we lined up Zerorez to do. They were very courteous and accommodating to work with my son's work schedule to be at the house, and they always called ahead to let them know when the tech would be showing up at the house.
